Orphanage Sarnelli House established and located in Nong Khai province for more than 20 years and provided assistance to help the disadvantaged children in all aspects from health to education and career development. To raise the children of orphanage since young ages to adolescents is not that easy at all. It requires strong foundation of love and care as well as basic knowledge of child rearing, parenting and practices in order to take care and nurture them in daily routine activities. Caregivers are key personnel who directly concern and communicate with each of the children in the House and each responsible residential building. Caregivers of the Sarnelli House, some of them graduate secondary or vocational education and lacked of direct experiences to childcare and development. Caregiver training at this time arranged as the first training for them to learn and study both theory and practices of child-related care and nurturing practices as well as basic information about children and adolescents. Thank you Mother Noi from Mitmuandek House; a neighboring orphanage in Nong Khai to participate and share her ECCD matured experiences to the caregivers
