FCYD Foundation assists the children with disability and integration into governmental welfare system, Nong Khai province Little girl ‘Wanida’ is 9 years old, she was sick with fever since very young and been in the hospital for many years. Unfortunately, something was wrong with her symptom that caused her body withered limbs; arms and legs. That has been caused her unable to walk and take care herself as normal. The mother needs to do every little thing for her and all 24 hours. Little boy ‘Porch’ is also 9 years old and leg disability caused from motorbike accident 2 years ago. His parents and he on the way back home were bad luck from another car to crash them and caused the parents to death. Little Porch was survived but his legs and bottom part of the body are not in controllable condition. His excretory system is not functioned. Nowadays, the grandmother is to take care himself in everyday’s life in the house to school. He is studying primary education and in a class with other normal students. FCYD Foundation provides ‘emergency assistance’ of the living allowance in order to mitigate the difficulty of the families. Then, with the ID cards of disabled person, the Foundation submitted all required documents to the Department of Social Development and Human Security, Nong Khai province in order to transfer and integrate data of the 2 children into welfare system of the government.
