A little girl View, when she was a young child, was often sick. Teacher Rat, the head teacher at the Nong Kaeo Child Development Center, in Amphoe Rattanawapi, Nong Khai, recommended that Grandma take little View to the hospital for a checkup. It turned out that View was sick and diagnosed with Acute Myelogenous Leukemia (AML). The FCYD Foundation learned about this from Teacher Rat and visited to offer encouragement and help with the cost of View’s treatment.
Now, little View is in 3rd grade. The FCYD Foundation visited her at home again. She was smiling, looking bright and cheerful. “The doctor said she’s cured and doesn’t need to go to the hospital often anymore,” she said. The Foundation is so happy for you! and hope you’ll be a good child and help your grandparents. We’ll come visit you again next time. Take care little girl.
