Construction of new building for childcare center in Loei province Watwivek Thammakhun childcare center located in Muang sub-district, Loei province. The only one building in use is an old temple house of monks. It was adjusted of use to be a childcare center and operated for more than 30 years. Different parts of the house now are so damaged and risk to the health of children. Thus, FCYD Foundation by collaboration with community leaders and monks, we discussed and agreed to build a new building. Project of the new building is based on mutual cooperation in order to have volunteer workers; parents and monks while FCYD is responsible for the budget of materials and equipment. There is one organization in the Netherlands called ‘Stichting Welzijn Zuid-Oost Azië’ supported the budget for this. The construction progress is almost to finish all parts of the building and expected to complete by the end of June. After finish, FCYD will hand over the new building to be benefit of the children and community use. Thank you for the donation to help the children.
