Donated relief funds to help a young boy – JJ

At 6 months old, JJ’s grandmother noticed that her grandson’s left eye looked unusual, so she took him to a doctor at Bueng Khong Long Hospital and then referred him to Bueng Kan Hospital. It was eventually discovered that JJ had retinoblastoma (eye cancer). The doctor said it might be genetic, but fortunately, it was detected early, so he could receive treatment quickly.
JJ, a young boy, is receiving ongoing treatment at Srinagarind General Hospital in Khon Kaen Province. In Khon Kaen, the child has undergone chemotherapy four times. The doctor has successfully fitted a prosthetic eye on the left side. Currently, JJ is healthy and can run, play, and have fun with his friends. However, his grandmother will likely still need to take him for check-ups as scheduled by the doctor in Khon Kaen. The FCYD Foundation donated clothing, household items, and financial aid to the grandmother to cover travel, food, and accommodation expenses from Bueng Kan to Srinagarind General Hospital in Khon Kaen. We wish little boy JJ good health and a bright future.
