ECCD Teacher Training in Loei province One of the problems of childcare centers located in rural villages is that teachers are not given opportunity to improve their potential by attending to outside training. FCYD and the Network of Childcare Center in Upper Northeast have a strong intention to extend technical training to these teachers. Title of the training ‘Guidelines for quality development of early young children’ is set up and aimed to educate ECCD teachers to understand and realize appropriate growth of the young children in childcare centers (before and after 3 years old). Key development aspects of the children included gross and fine motors, communication and expression skills, self-reliance and social interactions. The training also added information of good food and nutrition for the children as well as strategical approach of daily routine to take care and raise the children at home.
